We offer advert placements directly within the main body of our email communications, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
Available Advert Sizes
- Small Advert – 600 x 400 pixels
- Large Advert – 600 x 800 pixels
All adverts are positioned within the main content area of the mailout to ensure they receive the attention they deserve.
As a guide:
Small Advert (600 x 400 px)
Text at 14px:
- You can comfortably fit 60–80 words
- Ideal for: A strong headline, 1–2 short blurbs, and a call to action
If using an image background or logo, reduce to 40–50 words for clarity.
Large Advert (600 x 800 px)
Text at 14px:
- You can fit around 130–160 words
- Ideal for: More detail, multiple features, testimonials, or offers
Including an image? Reserve the top half for it and allow 60–100 words below.

Small Advert (600 x 400 px):
- £250 for 1 insertion
- £450 for 2 consecutive insertions
- £600 for 3 consecutive insertions
Large Advert (600 x 800 px):
- £350 for 1 insertion
- £650 for 2 consecutive insertions
- £900 for 3 consecutive insertions
Member Discount
A 25% discount is available to all Full Members of HINT.
