I offer an integrative approach that unites Homeopathy, Nutrition, and Psychology to support wellbeing on every level — physical, emotional, and mental. My work combines scientific understanding with a deeply compassionate, intuitive perspective, creating a calm, reflective space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood.

Trained in Homeopathy, I use a gentle, individualised approach to help restore balance and strengthen the body’s natural capacity for healing. My experience as a Clinical Nutritionist and former Head of Department in a 1,000-bedded hospital adds clinical depth, while my MSc Psychology from the University of Hertfordshire (BPS-accredited) brings psychological insight into the mind-body connection.

Clients often describe our sessions as transformative — a process of reconnection rather than correction. Over time, they report steadier energy, calmer emotions, improved digestion, better sleep, and an overall sense of balance and clarity.
