NHS Constitution Public Consultation

Whilst the UK is in the grip of election fever the Government has initiated a public consultation to review and update the NHS Constitution. A10-year review is mandated by the Health Act 2009. This significant process aims to gather public and professional input on proposed changes to the Constitution, which outlines the rights and responsibilities of NHS patients and staff.
